Danielle Bunel
Danielle has been in the janitorial industry for more than 10 years. When she started in the janitorial business, she was given an opportunity to learn and work with Rene. Once they became co-workers they found that their work ethics complimented each other. She has been his trusty sidekick ever since. She started Nexsentio with Rene in 2006, and since then has been the brains behind the Office Development and team leader in the steady growth that Nexsentio has experienced. She touches every part of the company’s operations and is responsible for handling all processes, systems and client management.
Danielle lives in Gilroy with her daughter and has fun doing gymnastics coaching in her spare time.

Rene Velazquez
Rene has been in the janitorial industry since 1985! He is known and trusted in the industry for his expert knowledge of effective cleaning and maintenance techniques. He is also well known for his employee management style. Rene creates a safe and happy work environment for all of our employees! It is because of his efforts that Nexsentio reports a turnover rate of less than 5%. He has managed over 5MM square feet of nightly cleaning and has also created our successful safety program.
Rene has a passion for efficiency, which always keeps him on the cutting edge of new technology. He continues to ask, “How can we make this faster, better, more efficient and more cost effective?” This curiosity ensures a very innovative and creative environment at Nexsentio. Rene spearheaded the LEED system within Nexsentio, which satisfies any LEED/ GREEN program to help preserve our planet.

Rene lives in San Jose with his wife and three children. He has a passion for Soccer and actively participates in his community youth soccer team! Go Lobitos!
